Alabama Independent Pharmacy Alliance (AIPA) is encouraged by the Alabama House of Representatives’ passage of SB252, The Community Pharmacy Relief Act. We eagerly await the concurrence of the Senate and Governor Ivey’s signature on this vital piece of legislation.
We at AIPA thank and glorify God, who has made this possible. We also thank each member of the legislature who has supported this bill and worked to advance it. Finally, we thank our membership, who activated and sacrificed to make their voice heard.
The independent pharmacists in Alabama are awake. Alabama Independent Pharmacy Alliance will continue to be the voice of independent pharmacists and owners in our state.
