Attorney General Candidate Jay Mitchell Endorsed by Executive Board of Alabama Independent Pharmacy Alliance (AIPA)

The Executive Board of the Alabama Independent Pharmacy Alliance (AIPA) is honored to formally announce their unanimous support for Jay Mitchell in the upcoming Republican runoff for the office of Attorney General.

Jay’s conservative values strongly align with the small-business principles embraced by AIPA.  Further, he has shown a keen interest in understanding the complexities of the challenges that face independent pharmacies in the legal landscape, including ensuring the enforcement of Alabama laws intended to provide a level playing field for small businesses against enormous, out of state pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs).  It is our belief that Jay has both the moral fiber and the legal sophistication to ensure that the fair business laws of our state are upheld.

We encourage our statewide membership and others to support Jay Mitchell in the runoff on June 16th.
